Vision Statement

In grateful response to God's grace, and empowered by the Holy Spirit through the Word and Sacraments, the mission of Lutheran Church of the Way is vigorously to make known the love of Christ by word and deed. We are created and redeemed to be Christ's family, joyfully sharing Him in ways that minister to the families and children of our community.

   "Jesus said, 'I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life'"

Welcome

We've been waiting for you! It's true, because we believe that every person who comes into the circle of this fellowship was sent by God Himself. It's not by accident that we have the joy of meeting you. So, above all else, we want to express Christ's love to you with genuine, heartfelt warmth. We're eager to know you, and we're excited to share with you the marvelous ways God is working in our church.

It won't take long to discover that this is truly a family, rich in the relationships that matter most. Growing together, we worship, we serve, we laugh, we cry, we learn, and we reach out to our world with the life transforming message of Jesus's love. We would like to reach out to you, as well. Our doors are open. Our hearts are open, too. If you've been thinking, praying, searching and hoping for a place to belong, we say again

Worship Services

Information
You are invited join us at one of our two weekly Sunday worship services. We joyfully celebrate holy communion at each service each week. While both of our worship services follow a traditional liturgy, our 8:00 AM service is more of a "traditional" service and our 11:00 AM service has a more contemporary flare.

During Lent and Advent we also include a weekly Wednesday worship service at 7:00 PM

9:00   AM  -  Coffee and pastries fellowship
9:25   AM  -  Childrens Sunday School & Adult Bible Study
11:00 AM  -  Worship Service - Every Sunday at 11 AM*

Note
* On months with a 5th Sunday we combine our worship services into one 9:30 AM service.

Help Sandy Winter Move

I'm looking for help moving the extra things that won't fit into the 2 UHaul pods I have to fill in my driveway. Thursday night 7PM FILL A CAR TRUNK--Looking for anyone who can move things in their trunk on Thurs night at 800 Locust St. Raynham and bring to my condo at Mill River Village, 750 Whittenton St., Unit 711, Taunton on Fri. night or drop off Sat. AM. . Call me at 774-218-5349. My house is selling Fri. AM and then I'm closing on the condo Fri. afternoon. If anyone has the time and the space, I would greatly appreciate it!!! Thank you so much.
